In a food processor, combine the peppers, green onions, and all the herbs and spices. Chop them finely until they form a paste. Add the oil and puree until smooth. Rub on both sides of the meat and let stand for 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken.
NOTE- This is a terrific marinade. Once you’ve got it down, try it out on other types of meat. It’s really awesome on lamb!
