Melt and blend. Add
2 cups milk
Mix until it's a creamy sauce. Add
1 box (not sure, I think it's 2lb) Velveeta cheese, cubed.
Mix on low to med/low until cheese is melted. Add
1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
1 large can diced green chile
1 small can (or partial to taste) diced jalapenos
1 tsp garlic salt
