     HUMMUS

Ingredients
2 cans (14 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1-2 Med. cloves garlic, sliced
LARGE handful of fresh parsley
6 Tbsp. Tahini (found near peanut butter section)
6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 - 1 tsp. Salt (to taste)
2 Tbsp. Cumin (or to taste, I prefer more)
1/2 can water
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients to food processor (large processor is better, or split in half). Pulse for 2-3 minutes until creamy. Add more water as needed. Should be like peanutbutter.
Add additional ingredients as desired. I like Sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Artichoke Hearts and Feta Cheese.
Serving Suggestions
Crackers or pita chips. Also makes a GREAT sandwich spread.
