     Au Gratin Potato Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup potato cooking water
1/3 cup plain mashed potatoes room temperature
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced onion
 
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Instructions
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Place the pan in your machine. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
