     Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbs potatoes
1 - 8 oz caream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbs butter
onion salt to taste
 
Instructions
Cook potatoes. Mash and add above ingredients. Refrigerate or can be frozen. Heat at 350 degarees for 45 minutes.
