Cut up potatoes into bite-sized pieces and boil
until tender. When potatoes are almost done, add
onion. Cook broccoli until tender. Drain broccoli
and potatoes. In a saucepan combine butter, cream
cheese, cheddar cheese, milk and sour cream. Salt
and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together
and pour into a 13x9 baking dish. Bake covered
with foil in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
