Combine butter, sour cream and soup. Cover chicken
with mixture in a large baking dish. Crush
crackers and pour over chicken along with the
almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
until chicken is no longer pink. Sauce over
chicken works well as gravy for mashed potatoes.
