Separate eggs, put whites in a bowl, leave yolks
in shell. Beat egg whites with rotary beater or
mixer until stiff peaks form. Heap onto toast,
make a hollow in the center of both mounds. Slip
egg yolks into hollow, sprinkle with salt and
pepper. Bake a 350 degrees until meringue whites
are browned and yolk is as you like it.
