     Lentil & Potato Top Pie

Ingredients
2 - 3 Cups mashed potato
1 x Cup lentils ( Cooked )
1 x carrot diced
2 x stalks celery
1 x onion
1 x clove garlic
3 x Tbsp soya sauce
Mixed herbs, Fresh or dried
1 x Cup tomato puree
 
2 x Tbsp flour and 1/2 cup water

Instructions
Fry onions and garlic in oil, then add herbs, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Add diced carrots, celery and tomato puree. Cook until veges are tender. Thicken with flour and water. Add cooked lentils and put in pie dish. Cover with mashed potato and grated cheese. Bake 180' for 30 mins.
This recipe is so simple, cheap and very tasty. You would swear you were eating a mince pie
