Soaked kueh tiaw in hot water with oil and salt. Separate the kueh
tiaw by hand. Heat the wok and fry kueh tiaw with garlic in hot oil.
Add soy sauce for coloring
In separate pot, heat up oil and fry the garlic. Add meat, fish ball
and fishcake and fry with oyster sauce. Pour in water, and tomato
sauce. Add sugar and salt.
Add corn starch with water until the sauce is thickened
