Preheat oven to 170' Place lentils in the base of
a large casserole dish. Put chicken on top in
single layer and dot with lemon wedges, garlic,
olives and thyme. Combine stock, paprika and
honey and pour over chicken.. Season with S & P.
Bake until lentils and chicken are cooked. Approx
1 - 1 1/2hrs. Add more stock if lentils look dry.
