Trim broccoli florets into pieces. Peel and slice stalks into 1/2 inch pieces. Put stalks into steamer basket and boil 2 minutes. Add florets and steam another 5 minutes or so until tender crisp.
In small saucepan bring to a boil orange juice, honey, mustard, zest, soy sauce, garlic, and peper flakes.
In small bowl whisk together cornstarch and water. Stir into juice mixture and cook about 1 minute until it thickens.
In serving bowl, gently toss the broccoli with the sauce to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
