1.5-2 pounds chicken (any type)

salt and pepper
|

1 cup honey (add some maple syrup)

1/2 cup soy sauce
|
| |
1 chopped onion or some dried onion flakes

1/4 cup ketchup
|
| |
1 tbs vegetable oil
|
| |
1-2 cloves minced garlic
|
| |
dash red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions |

|
Dice chicken and season both sides with salt and
pepper, place in 9x13 pan.
|

In a small bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Pour
sauce over chicken and stir.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Stir bake for 20 mins or
until chicken is done. Longer if desired.
