     Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup Karo syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups pecans
 

Instructions
WITH A WOODEN SPOON: Mix brown sugar and salt. Add Karo syrup. Stir until blended. Add eggs, vanilla and butter. Stir until blended.
Cut pecans in half lengthwise. Gently fold into above mixture.
Pour into pie plate. Do not stir.
Bake on 350 for 60 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
I use pre-made pie dough. Do not bake dough first.
