     Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2-3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 large can cream of chicken
3 cups instant rice
white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
2 - 3 cups 4-blend shredded cheese
water
 

Instructions
Dice chicken and cook in ungreased skillet with salt and pepper and white wine vinegar to taste.
Cook instant rice per box instructions
In 9x13 baking pan, mix together rice, cream of chicken, and 1/2 cheese. Add chicken and 1 cup water
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 1/2 way through bake time stir, and add 1 cup water (if casserole has thickened too much) and remaining cheese to mixture
