2 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits ( if you want 12)
1 lb ground beef browned ( I use 1/2 lb beef & 1/2 lb pork sausage)
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 cup. Cheddar cheese
Instructions
separatecheese separate dough into 10/12 biscuits; flatten into
5 inch circles. Press each onto bottom and sides of muffin cup.
Set aside
Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
Drain. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder and
vinegar. Mix well and add to beef mixture. Stir until combined.
divide among muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375
degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5
minutes before serving.
