     Poori-Fried Indian Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 Cup Water
Oil (For Frying)
 

Instructions
1) Mix all four ingredients in a medium sized bowl. 2) Knead into a ball. 3) Wrap ball of dough in plastic and let sit for ten minutes. 4) Make 20 balls/patties from large ball. 5) Deep fry or pan fry (dough balls for deep fry, patties for pan fry) 6) Cool on cooling rack or paper towels before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Indian food.
