Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Shortening
 

Instructions
1) Mix all ingredients except milk in a large bowl with a pastry blender. 2) Add Milk and mix with fork until soft. 3) Knead on lightly floured surface. 4) Roll out until ½ inch thick and cut 2 inch circles. 5) Put circles on ungreased pan and cook 12-15 minutes or until golden. 6) Let cool before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with butter or honey or whatever floats your boat.
