     Bean Dip with Avacado

Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans, drained
1 Can Pink Beans, drained
1 Can Mexican corn (corn with red peppers), drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1 haas avacado, peeled and diced up in small pieces
1 small or medium diced red onion
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tsp. Apple cider vinager or to your taste
1 med tomato diced up in to small pieces
 
1/2 tsp or to taste Cumin (optional for an extra spice)
1 Tsp or clove of Minced Garlic

Instructions
Mix ingredients together and chill in the refridgerator.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Rice Works - Brown Rice Chips or any multigrain chip
