8 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
1 C. COOL WHIP
1 C. POWDER SUGAR
2 PKS. LEMON PUDDING MIX INSTANT OR COOKED
12 OUNCES COOL WHIP
 

Instructions
MIX BUTTER,FLOUR AND GROUND NUTS TOGETHER PAT INTO A 9X13 PAN. BAKE 350 FOR 20 MIN OR LIGHT BROWN. COOL 1 HOUR.
MIS SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE,1 CUP COOL WHIP AND POWDERED SUGAR AND SPREAD ON COOLED CRUST. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
MIX PUDDING ACCORDING TO DIRECTION USING WHOLE MILK NOT 2 % , APREAD OVER CREAM CHEESE. REFRIGERATE 4 HOURS.
SPREAD WITH COOL WHIP AND TOP WITH CHOPPED NUTS IF DESIRED. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT TO SET.
