1 & 1/2 PKS DRY YEAST
1/4 C. WARM WATR
3 1/2 C. FLOUR
1/4 C. SUGAR
1/2 t. SALT
1&1/2 T. BAKING POWDER
1 C. MARGARINE
2 EGGS
1/2 C. SOUR CREAM
 
1 POUND GROUND WALNUTS
1 C SUGAR
1/4 C. HONEY
1 BEATEN EGG WHITE

Instructions
MIX WATER AND YEAST TILL BLENDED AND SET ASIDE
MIX IN LARGE BOWL FLOUR,SUGAR,SALT AND BAKING POWDER. CUT IN MARGARINE WITH PASTRY BLENDER. MIX EGGS AND SOUR CREAM ADD TO YEAST THEN ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE. CHILL OVERNIGHT.
ROLL OUT IN SMALL CIRCLE SPREAD WITH FILLING CUT INTO PIE SHAPE AND ROLL STARTING AT LARGE END. BEND TO FORM CRESCENT SHAPE. PLACE ON GREASED OR SPRAYED SHEET AND BRUSH WITH EGG YOLK MIXED WITH A LITTLE MILK. BAKE 350 FOR 10-12 MIN. TILL LIGHTLY GOLDEN.
FILLING. MIX TOGETHER NUTS,SUGAR,HONEY AND BEATEN EGG WHITE.
