Sub Category   None
Preptime   30 min
Wine/Beverage
Recommendations
  Very hot coffee

Ingredients
4 Cups flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 1/2 cups reduced fat milk
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs

Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add all the wet ingredients. Combine until blended and smooth. Let batter sit 5 minutes before using.
Preheat your Cuisinart Belgian Waffle Maker on setting No.4. Wait for green light
Spray waffle maker with a light cooking of cooking spray. Pour 1 1/2 cups batter onto preheated waffle maker grid. Using a heat resistant spatula, spread batter until evenly distributed. Allow batter to bubble for 10 sedconds; then close cover of waffle maker.
When light turns green, waffle is ready. If you leave it in a bit longer, it gets crispier! Eat immediately (or keep warm, unwrapped in low oven)
Serving Suggestions
Cool Whip light or butter; syrup or mix in pecans after pouring onto grid (or blueberries!)
