Place all ingredients except flour in a food processor and pulse to blend and chop.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add oil, black pepper, spices. Add quinoa flour a little at a time until mixture holds together and is somewhat dry.
Shape into 6-8 patties – I use a hamburger patty mold – large size. Freeze patties not needed for your meal.
Spray a skillet or grill or George Foreman with non-stick pan spray and olive oil – I use Pam Olive Oil. Cook veggie burgers on medium-high heat, about 5-8 minutes on each side. If using the George Foreman, it cooks on both sides so 5-8 should do it!
If I use buns, I like to use Pepperidge Farm thin buns with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Lots of times I like it without the bun and a nice fresh cole slaw on the side.
