     Refridgerator dill pickles

Ingredients
1 - 5qt ice cream pail cucumbers
1 - large white onion
4-6 - cloves of garlic
4-6 - dill heads1 tablespoon mustard seed (opt)
BRINE-
1 1/2 qt water
1 pt white vinegar
1/2 cup canning salt
 

Instructions
Boil brine 2 m inutes; pour over cukes; let stand 3 days ucovered. Then place lid and refrigderate. Keep in refridgerator for one year. The cucmbers can either be left whole or quartered.
