Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
12 medjool dates (pitted)
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 oz unsweetened chocolate (2 squares)
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted over low heat)
1/2 cup honey
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
4 eggs

1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soak the dates in the hot water for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, pour off 1/4 cup of the water. Then process remaining water and dates in a food processor until it is a smooth paste.
In a large bowl, mix the date paste, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and agave nectar. In the food processor, combine the garbanzo beans and eggs, processing until smooth. Mix the beans into the chocolate mixture. Stir in the baking powder. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
Make 4 evenly spaced vertical cuts and 4 horizontal cuts to divide into 25 brownies. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
