Steak- Salt the steak well. Coat well with cumin, cinnamon, black
pepper, and cayenne pepper. Grill the steak until medium and let
rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly, against the grain.

Salsa- Dice the cucumber, mango, and red onion to roughly the
same size and combine in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice into a small
container such as a shot glass. Chop the habanero in half,
submerge in the lime juice and let soak for roughly 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the habanero and add the lime juice to
the salsa. Chop the cilantro and add. Assemble meat and salsa
in tortillas and serve.
