Ingredients
4 x cups wholegrain oats
1 x cup shredded coconu
1/2 x cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 x cup flax seeds
1/4 x cup sunflower seeds
1/4 x cup flavourless oil
1/4 x cup honey
1/2 x cup dried cranberries
1/2 x cup sultanans
 
1 x cup mixed dried fruit. eg- mango, apricots, apples

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 180' Measure oats, coconut and seeds into a large bowl. Combine oil and honey - Stir well to coat all grains. Spread the mixture over a large, shallow layer. Bake for 10-15 mins or until fragrant and lightly coloured, stirring once or twice to ensure even toasting.
Cool mixture, then toss together with dried fruits. Makes 8 cups
