Coarsely chop tomatoes and Strawberries, place in
a bowl, add Salt and pepper to bring out the
flavours. Leave for 5-10 mins. In a jug pour
Balsamic vinegar and oil, and sugar whisk until
all are incorporated, pour over Strawberries and Tomatoes, place the whole mixture in the fridge
until ready to serve
