Ingredients
650g wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 pint warm water (430ml)
2 level teaspoons dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
 

Instructions
Instructions are shady- Cover with cloth until frothy (I think water - yeast) Add flour and work into a firm dough. Place into a bowl and leave to rise. Place in the tin half full and leave to rise. Put in preheated oven 180 degrees for 35-40 mins.
