Mix the ingredients together in a pan and heat gently on low gas. Bring to the boil. Take of the heat and cool down. Place in a damp muslin in a colander and weigh it down with a bowl below to catch the excess water in the fridge for 2 days or until firm. Tip out on plate and remove cloth. Decorate and serve at Easter.
