Nana's chocolate mousse

Ingredients

	55g melted chocolate (dark, milk or white)
	2 eggs (yolks and whites seperated)


Instructions


Melt the chocolate over a saucepan with hot water. Add the 2 egg yolks, cool then fold in 2 stiffly whisked egg whites. Chill before serving.
