     ARTICHOKE SHEET PAN

2 & 1/4 C. HALF AND HALF
3/4 t. BASIL
3/4 t. OREGANO
1/4 t. PEPPPER
5 EGGS
15-18 SHEETS FROZEN PHYLLO SHEETS
12 SLICES COOKED BACON
22 OUNCES MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS DRAINED
1 &1/2 C. PROVOLONE CHEESE
 
3-4 OUNCE PIMIENTO
1/4 C. GRATED ONIONS

Instructions
SCALD MILK COOL SLIGHTLY. ADD BASIL, OREGANO AND PEPPER AND BEATEN EGGS AND SET ASIDE.
BRUSH EACH SHEET OF PHYLLO DOUTH WITH BUTTER AND LAYER IN 15X10 PAN LEAVING DOUGH EXTENDED OVER EDGES OF PAN. FOLD SIDES EXTENDING OVER DOUGH IN TOWARDS CENTER NEATLY MAKING A CRUST EDGE.
MIX BACON, DRAINED ARTICHOKE HEARTS, CHEESE,PIMIENTO AND ONIONS TOGETHER AND SPREAD OVER DOUGH.......POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER TOP.
BAKE 375 FOR 30 MIN OR TILL SET IN CENTER. COOL SLIGHTLY AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
