     Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T red wine vinegar
1/4 cup hot tap water
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
5 turns white pepper
Large pinch of fine sea salt
Tiniest drip of honey
2 T olive oil
 

Instructions
Puree all ingredients in a blender until silky smooth. Use immediately. Toss some arugula with this dressing and add a few thin slices of fresh Pecorino Romano on top and you've got yourself a mind-blowing yet simple salad and a staple you can whip up easily for you and your family.
