     Old fashioned Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 C grated onion
1/2 C grated carrot
1 8 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 dry plain bread crumbs
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Gently mix all ingredients (until all well blended). Line shallow baking dish with parchment paper. Form meat into a loaf.
TOPPING- 1/3 C ketchup 2 T brown sugar 1 T yellow mustard Mix ingredients and top meatloaf.
Bake 1 hour.
