     Peanut Butter Balls

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   Holiday Dish
Servings   approx.48-60
Preptime   1 hour

Ingredients
16 oz. creamy or chunky peanut butter
1/4 lb.oleo at room temperature
1 lb. powered sugar
3 cups Rice Krispies
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 oz.paraffin

Instructions
Crush cereal and mix first four ingredients. It is best if you use your hands to mix.You will end up covered with the mixture, but you will find that it will blend better.Chill for 1 hour and then roll into balls the size of walnuts.Chill balls while you put together the coating. It is best if you use a double boiler to melt the chocolates and paraffin, but I have found you can also use the microwave. When melted, dip the balls and place on wax paper and chill. These are so good and they really are very easy.
Serving Suggestions
I make these alot during the holidays. They freeze wonderfully.
