|
-Cut onion up into very small pieces and cook with
EVOO until soft, set aside
|
|
|
-Mix beef with salt, pepper and worcestershire and
form small patties. (I pam a large muffin pan and
put patties in each slot to form uniform circles)

|
|
-Put patties on wax paper and push your finger into
the middle making a small hole in the center of each
patty. (This speeds up cooking and makes it more
evenly cooked)
|
|
|
-Pam griddle and grill inside of each roll on
griddle, set aside and on 350 degrees cook patties
about 1 minute each side
-Put onions on rolls, then patty
-Serve
