1 lb. uncooked linguine
|
|
4 tbs. butter
|
|
12 tbs. white wine
|
|
8 tsp. grated parm. cheese
|
|
3 garlic cloves, minced
|
|
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
|

salt and pepper
|
|
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
-Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil,
add pasta and cook, then drain
|
|
|
-In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low
heat
-Add wine, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
-Simmer on low 3-5 minutes, stir a lot!
|
|
|
-Increase heat to medium high and add shrimp
-Cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink
|
|
|
-Divide pasta into portions and spoon shrimp and
sauce on top
-Garnish with parm. cheese and parsley
|
