     Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients
1 lb. uncooked linguine
4 tbs. butter
12 tbs. white wine
8 tsp. grated parm. cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
 

Instructions
-Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook, then drain
-In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat -Add wine, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper -Simmer on low 3-5 minutes, stir a lot!
-Increase heat to medium high and add shrimp -Cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink
-Divide pasta into portions and spoon shrimp and sauce on top -Garnish with parm. cheese and parsley
