Ingredients
1 large baking potato, peeled and cubed
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton whipping cream
 
Instructions
Boil potato, drain and mash with fork. Add broth, cheese and cream to mashed potatoes in saucepan, heat and stir often until hot.
