Ingredients
Mayo
roasted garlic
lemon juice
lemon zest
salt & pepper
dill
shallot
lemon pepper seasoning
parsley
 
minced garlic
chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce
cilantro

Instructions
Roasted Garlic Mayo Combine 1 cup mayo with 2 tbsp chopped, roasted garlic, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper (to roast garlic- cut off top 1/2 inch, wrap in foil and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees)
Dill Mayo Combine 1 cup mayo with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped dill, 2 tsp minced shallot, and 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Chipotle Mayo Combine 1 cup mayo with 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 4 minced chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Lemon Pepper Mayo Combine 1 cup mayo with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro and 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning.
