     Crab - Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1 (1 ounce) packet leek soup mix
2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1/2 (8 ounce) package cubed velveeta cheese
1 (7 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
 

Instructions
In large saucepan, combine soup mix and milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until soup thickens. While still on medium heat, add corn and cheese, stirring just until cheese melts. Stir in crab and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
