1 10-oz pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3 eggs
8 ounces swiss cheese, slivered
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Saute onions/mushrooms with a little butter or oil. In bowl,
beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Combine cheese with flour
and stir into egg mixture. Add spinach and cooked
onions/mushrooms. Pour into crust and bake 350 for 1
hour. Let sit for about 10 minutes before slicing into
wedges.
