     Calico Corn

Ingredients
2 ribs celery, sliced
2 Tablespoons butter
3 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
1 (10 ounce) can fiesta macho cheese soup
1 cup coarsely crushed buttery crackers
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute celery in butter. Add corn and soup to celery and heat just enough to mix well. Pour into sprayed 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over casserole and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs brown lightly.
