     Baked Corn on the cob

Ingredients
6 ears fresh corn
6 Tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Husk corn and remove silk. Wash and dry with paper towels. Spread butter on corn, sprinkle with lemon pepper and wrap each ear in foil. Bake for 3 minutes.
