Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice top one - third of baked potato lengthwise. Scoop out potato leaving 1/4 inch around potato skin. Mash potato until free of lumps. Drain beans thoroughly and reserve liquid. Mash beans. Whip sour cream, butter, mashed potatoes, mashed beans, and a little salt and pepper. Add bean liquid as needed to moisten. Spoon mixture into potato shells. Top each potato with cheese, onion and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes.
