     Chile - Cheese Squash

Ingredients
1 pound yellow squash, cubed
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can dicced green chilies, drained
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
 

Instructions
Cook squash in salted water just until tender - crisp and drain. Return to saucepan, stir in mayonnaise, chilies, cheese and breadcrumbs. Serve hot.
