Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 40 minutes. Turn chicken over and place apples slices over each breast. Bake for additional 10 minutes. Top each piece with slice of cheese. Bake for additional 10 minutes or utnil cheese melts and chicken is tender.
