     Bacon - Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped cream cheese with onion and chives, softened
butter
4 strips bacon
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Spread one - fourth cream cheese over each half. Dot with butter and a little salt and roll. Wrap each roll with bacon strip. Place seam - side down in sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish. bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes or until juices run clear. To brown, broil 6 inches from heat for about 3 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
