     Irene's Potato Salad

Ingredients
8 - 10 Large Russet Potatoes (Boiled and Diced)
1 Cup (or more) Chopped Celery
1 Cup (or more) Chopped Kosher Dill Pickles
5 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
1 Cup Mayonaise
2 Tbl Mustard
2 Tbl (or more) Dill
1 Can Chopped Black Olives
1 Bunch Green Onions (Chopped)
 
Salt/Pepper/Seasoning Powder/Garlic to Taste

Instructions
Mix all together and refrigerate. The longer it sits, the better it tastes! Check the seasoning before serving. May need to add more.
