1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, thawed
Instructions
Sprinkle chicken with a little salt and pepper. Place a little oil in large, heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook 2 minutes on each side. Pour about 3/4 dressing over chicken. Cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. Add vegetables, cover and cook for additional 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
