Sprinkle chicken liberally with salt and pepper. In skillet over high heat with a little oil, brown chicken on both sides. While chicken browns, combine soup, mushrooms and milk in saucepan and heat just enough to mix well. Pour over chicken breasts, reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
